In the digital world we live in, connecting your Point of Sale (POS) system with ClearLine can really make things run smoother and give your customers an even better experience. This friendly guide will show you how to set up POS rules to automatically send SMS and emails when our system is chatting with your POS.

Let's make sure you're good to go:

1. You have the keys to both your POS system and our platform.
2. You're allowed to tweak system settings and configurations.
3. Your SMS and Email channels are all set up and ready to go in ClearLine.

Step 1. Start by finding 'POS Marketing Rules' under 'POS Integration' in your Admin Panel.

Step 2. Time to make a new rule! Decide where you want it to apply and how you want to deliver your messages:

Once your rules are in place, it's a good idea to give them a test run. Try a few transactions in your POS system and check if the messages fly out as they should.
