ClearLine Smart Stands and Stickers are powerful in-person engagement tools that connect customers to your business via a branded Smart Page. Whether placed at reception, checkout, or in client area, each tap or scan leads to measurable outcomes like reviews, social follows, and customer loyalty.
This guide walks you through the full onboarding process - from setup to live launch.
1. Place Your Order
To get started, visit mysmartpages.com and place your order for a ClearLine Smart Stand or Sticker.

At checkout, you may optionally provide your Google Review link, social profiles, or website to allow pre-configuration.

Your package will include login credentials and a setup sheet.
2. Unbox and Log In
Once you receive your stand or sticker:

Locate your username and password in the box.
-
Visit admin.clearline.me on a computer or laptop and log in to your dashboard.
⚠️ Configuration must be completed on desktop or laptop (not mobile or tablet).
3. Set Up Your Brand
Personalise the Smart Page with your business identity:

Upload your logo

Set a footer banner

(Optional) Add terms & conditions, privacy links

4. Configure Your Apps
Your Smart Page is composed of app “blocks,” each designed for a specific customer action. These can include:

Google / Yelp Review Request

Social Media Follow

View Menu & Order

Book an Appointment.
To configure:

Go to Marketing Tools > Marketing Apps Settings

Set up each app one by one. For the most part, all it takes is for you to insert the link to your platforms (like your profiles on review platforms and your social media pages)

If you operate multiple locations, configure each location separately

5. Customise Your Smart Page
Once your apps are configured, it's time to design your Smart Page layout:

Go to Smart Page App

Add custom text, branding, or calls-to-action

Replace any default placeholder content

Enable or disable app sections as needed
Any changes made in your dashboard are reflected within 10 minutes on the physical stand or sticker.

Smart Page is mostly automatic and pre-configured, but there are some elements you can change to make it adhere more to your brand:

Header: Logo, title, welcome message

6. Use Individual App QR Codes (Optional)
In addition to your Smart Page QR, you can also generate individual QR codes for each app. These allow for targeted, location-specific marketing actions:

Print on receipts, flyers, or packaging

Use in emails or embed on your website

Display on windows, tables, tents, or digital signage
