Mobile settings: Inbound message notifications (ACCOUNT)

Step 1.

Click Messaging from the main menu.


Step 2.

Click Mobile Settings.

Step 3.
Click on the Configure button next to the type of notification you would like to set-up

EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS

Step 1.

When the popup displays, enter an email address in the text field provided and click the Add Email Address button. You may add as many email addresses as you'd like for notifications.

Step 2.

Once added, you have the option to select a desired format, the campaign type, and the type of activity the email address should receive notifications about. 

CAMPAIGN TYPES

  • Voting/Polling
  • Custom Campaigns
  • Text to Screen
  • Vehicle Campaigns
  • Text Reminder System 


MESSAGES

Incoming Replies - Sends an email notification when a contact replies to a text blast or a trigger, auto-engagement, birthday club, or anniversary club message.

Keyword Optins - Sends an email notification when a contact opts-in to the campaign keyword.

Stop Requests - Sends an email notification when a contact responds with a STOP request to a text they’ve received from the campaign. (Includes: REMOVE, END, QUIT, CANCEL, OPTOUT, UNSUBSCRIBE)

Help Requests - Sends an email notification when a contact replies HELP to a message they received from the campaign. 

Unrecognized Reply - Sends an email notification when a contact sends an invalid response to a message requesting a specific reply (ex: Requested Reply - “You must be 18+ to enter. Reply w/ birthdate in format MM/DD/YYYY...” Invalid Response Received - “Yes, buy two pickles”).

Data Capture - Sends an email notification when a contact replies to a message sent using inbound data capture (name, birthday, etc.).

Managed Optin - Sends an email notification when a contact has begun the opt-in process to a campaign with an active filter (ex: Age Verification or Double Optin).

Managed Optin Response - Sends an email notification when a contact has successfully replied to a campaign with an active filter (ex: Age Verification or Double Opt-in).

SMS NOTIFICATIONS

Step 1.

For SMS notifications, add the mobile number that you would like to receive the alerts and click the Add Mobile button.

Step 2.

Close the popup when finished.
