Step 1.

After you have created your campaign, click the Opt-In Management tab within the campaign then click the radio button to turn Opt-in Management ON.

Step 5.

Click the radio button to select Loyalty (Count Opt-ins).

SELECT YOUR REWARD TYPE

There are 2 basic reward types, Single Tier and Multi-tier. Click the radio button to select the type of rewards to be issued from the campaign:

• Single Tier - The contact receives the same reward every X number of check-ins.
• Multi-Tier - The contact receives different rewards at variable check-in limits. 

Kiosk Check-in Only: When unchecked, every texting-in of the keyword will count towards loyalty rewards. Check the box to ONLY count kiosk check-ins towards loyalty rewards.

Single Tier Rewards - 

Step 1.

Use the drop down menu to select the number of check-ins required to reach the reward goal. 

Note: Do not select a “1” if you want to issue a reward with every check-in. To do this, you must use Multi-Tier rewards.

Step 2.

Enter the Reward Message. Be sure to include either ~redeem~, ~share, or ~coupon~ in your text to pair it with a coupon for Kiosk & Mobile Redemptions. 

Step 3.

When complete, click the Update button to save your settings.

Multi-Tier Tier Rewards - 

Step 1.

After clicking the radio button to select the Multi-tier Reward Type, click the MANAGE REWARD TIERS button.

Step 2.
In the pop-up window provided, enter all necessary information for the reward tier and click CREATE.

Note: Tier Name, # of Check-ins and Reward Message are required fields.

Step 3.
Continue this process to create each Reward Tier of the Loyalty program, then click the X in the upper right hand corner of the pop-up to close the window.

*Reset Column - 

The very last tier created will automatically be marked with a YES. This indicates that when the Reward Tier is reached the contact’s loyalty progress will be reset to 0.  

Editing Multi-Tier Rewards -

Multi-Tier rewards are edited by overwriting an existing tier with new information. In the pop-up window provided, enter all of the information for the Reward Tier you wish to change. Then click the Create button.

When finished, click the X in the upper right hand corner of the pop-up to close the window.
