Retailer accounts represent dispensaries, shops, or other physical points of sale. Retailers use this platform to manage offers, connect with customers, and collaborate with brand partners. Each retailer can manage one or multiple locations and control which offers are visible to customers.

Onboarding

  1. Create an Organisation Profile
    Provide business details, including legal name, contact information, and verification documents.

  2. Register State Licences
    Upload required licensing information for state compliance.

  3. Add Locations
    Register each physical dispensary or retail site where offers will be available.

Core Use

  • Manage Locations
    Add, edit, or deactivate store locations. Link each location to specific offers.

  • Create and Publish Offers
    Design offers such as discounts, coupons, or loyalty point bonuses. Configure duration, audience, and eligibility.

  • Assign Offers to Audiences
    Target customers by loyalty tier or by specific campaign criteria (for example, “Gold Members only”).

  • (In Development) Customer Management
    Access customer data to review points, redemption history, and tier status.

  • Performance Analytics
    Use dashboards to review offer engagement, customer participation, and redemptions.

  • (In Development) Tier Management
    Adjust thresholds or rewards per tier (Bronze to Platinum) to align with marketing goals.
