Sending surveys to your customers allows you to gather crucial feedback and improve your business. Here's how you can use ClearLine to send surveys to your customers:

Go to your Dashboard.

Click on 'Send Survey'.

Select a recipient from your existing list, or click the plus sign to add new recipients.

Fill out the recipient's Email or Phone number. Optionally, click on 'Message Personalization' to provide additional details.

If you've clicked on 'Message Personalization', you have the opportunity to enter the first and last name of your customer, as well as information about the product/service/package they purchased.

If you completed the 'Message Personalization' section, your customer will receive a personalized email or text message that includes their name and product details. We strongly recommend using this feature, as it personalizes your communication with your customers.

Click 'Add Recipient' to finalize the addition of this individual to your recipient list.

Click 'Send' to deliver the survey invitation.

Your client will receive an email or text message containing a link to your company's survey. If the invitation is sent via email, they'll see a 'Click Here' button.

Request your client to click the link or the button to access the company's survey.

Encourage your client to complete the survey, and click 'Submit' when finished.

If your company offers a reward for completing the survey, prompt the client to click on the 'Open Reward' button after submitting their responses.

Your client can now claim their reward.
