Sending surveys to your customers allows you to gather crucial feedback and improve your business. Here's how you can use this platform to send surveys to your customers:

  1. Go to Marketing Center.

  2. Click  'Send Survey'.

  3. Depending on your selections during onboarding, you might have the following delivery options:

  • email
  • phone number
  • QR code

The default delivery method is QR code.

  1. If you have enabled delivery via text message or email, all you need is to fill out the phone number or email. Additionally, you can click on 'Message Personalization' and fill in the details for a more personalized touch. 
  2. Click 'Send'

  3. To deliver the survey via QR code, click 'Open QR Code'.

  4. The QR code that leads to your survey will appear on your customer-facing screen. The client needs to scan the QR code to access the survey.

By following these steps, you can gather valuable feedback while rewarding your customers for their time and input.
