Sending reminders is an effective way to keep your customers informed and engaged. Here's how you can send reminders through ClearLine's platform:

  1. Visit your Dashboard.

  2. Click on 'Send Reminder'.

  3. If you're using our Customer Facing Screen (CFS), click 'Show QR Code' and let the client scan it.

Alternatively,

  1. Choose a recipient from your list, or click the plus sign to add a new recipient.

  2. Fill out the recipient's Email or Phone details. For a more personalized reminder, click 'Message personalization' to provide more specific information.

  3. When using 'Message personalization', you can include the first and last name of your customer, the type of mobile device they're using, and details about the product/service/package they purchased.

  4. By including details in the 'Message personalization' section, your customer will receive a personalized email/message featuring their name and specific product details.

We highly recommend using this personal touch in your communication.

  1. Click 'Add Recipient' to confirm the addition of this recipient.

  2. Click 'Send' to dispatch the reminder.

  3. Depending on the medium used, the customer will receive a link to the reminder (in the case of a text message or email), or they'll be directed straight to the reminder upon scanning the QR code.

By following these steps, you'll ensure your customers receive timely and personalized reminders, improving overall customer experience and interaction with your business.
