Before you start please make sure that during onboarding team received your link for collecting payments. Payment link is individual and depends on your Processor and Payment Systems thats you use for your business.
In order to start using an app:
1. Go to your Dashboard
2. Click 'Send Payment Link'
3. Choose a recipient or click the plus sign to add new recipients
4. Fill out Email or Phone and (optional) click 'Message personalization' to fill out detailed info
5. If you click 'Message personalization' you can fill in first and last name of your customer and the product/service/package they purchased
6. If you filled in the info in 'Message personalization' the customer will get a personalized email/message with their name and product details
We highly recommend using this feature as a personal touch in your communication with the customer.
7. Click 'Add Recipient'
8. Click 'Send'
