How to setup and send Gift Card

This article describes how to setup Gift Cards App and starts sending it to your customers.

Before setting up the 'Send Gift Card' app, make sure that you have your own separate account for Gift Cards and Digital Coupons set up. This is usually done during onboarding. If in doubt, please, contact us to set up

To start using the Gift Card App, you need to access the Marketing Center:

  1. Go to your Dashboard.

  2. Click 'Send Gift Card'.

  3. The gift cards available for distribution will depend on the settings in your Digital Coupons account.
  4. Based on your selections during onboarding, you mayt have the following delivery options:
    • email
    • phone number
    • QR code

    The default delivery method is QR code.

  5. If you have enabled delivery via text message or email, all you need is to fill in the phone number or email. Additionally, you can click on 'Message Personalization' and fill in the details for a more personalized touch. 
  6. Click 'Send'

  7. To deliver the gift card via QR code, click 'Open QR Code'.

  8. The QR code for the gift card will appear on your customer-facing screen. The client needs to scan it to redeem the gift card.
