How to setup and send Gift Card

This article describes how to setup Gift Cards App and starts sending it to your customers.

During the onboarding call, we discuss your preferences for Gift Cards, such as denominations, and set them up according to your specifications. Please note that gift cards of $100 or any other denomination must be used in full as we currently do not offer an option for partial balance utilization.

To start using the Gift Card App, you need to access the Marketing Center:

  1. Go to your Dashboard.

  2. Click 'Send Gift Card'.

  3. Choose a recipient or click the plus sign to add new recipients.

  4. Fill out Email or Phone details, and optionally click 'Message personalization' to provide more detailed info.

  5. If you click 'Message personalization', you can input the first and last name of your customer and specify the product/service/package they purchased.

  6. If you have filled in the 'Message personalization' details, the customer will receive a personalized email or message with their name and product information.

We highly recommend using this feature as it offers a personalized touch in your customer communications.

  1. Click 'Add Recipient'.

  2. Click 'Send'.

  3. The client will receive an email or text message with your company's gift card or a link to collect the gift card.

  4. If your client received a link for the gift card, encourage them to click the link and follow the instructions to collect it.

  5. Alternatively, show the QR code to your customer through the Customer Facing Screen (CFS).
