Collecting customer reviews is a powerful way to enhance your business reputation. ClearLine can help you send review requests easily. Before starting, ensure our team has the links to the review sites you use for setup. If you don't have review accounts, inform us, and we'll create them for you.

To start using the review request application:

  1. Navigate to your Dashboard or select 'Marketing Center' from the left-hand side menu on your Admin Panel.

  2. Click on 'Send a Review Request'.

  3. If you're using the Customer Facing Screen (CFS), click 'Show QR Code' and let the customer scan it.

Alternatively,

  1. Select a recipient from your existing list, or click the plus sign to add new ones.

  2. Fill out the recipient's Email and Phone details. You can optionally click 'Message personalization' to add more specific details.

  3. If you've chosen 'Message personalization', you can input the first and last name of your customer, the type of mobile device they use, and information about the product/service/package they purchased.

  4. If you've provided details in the 'Message personalization' section, your customer will receive a personalized email/message featuring their name and product details.

We highly recommend using this personal touch when communicating with your customers.

  1. Click 'Add Recipient' to confirm the addition of this recipient to your list.

  2. Click 'Send' to dispatch the review request.

  3. Allow the customer to choose the review platform they prefer to leave their feedback on.

By following these steps, you can facilitate and encourage more customer reviews for your business.
