1. Go to your Dashboard

2. Click 'Schedule Appointment'

3 . 'Schedule Appointment' app offers several ways of sharing the appointment link with the client

  • via QR;
  • via email;
  • via text message.

QR Let the customer scan the QR code that pops on the Customer-facing screen. They'll be automatically redirected to your appointment link.

Email Fill in customer's email and they'll get an automatic email containing the appointment link.

Text message Fill in customer's phone number and they'll get a text message with the appointment link.

4. 'Message personalization' (optional)

Use 'Message personalization' to give a special touch to the email or text message you'll be sending to the customer. 

'Message personalization' includes a name, purchase category or the purchased product.
