Membership Card is the most flexible solution of all Loyalty Program options, since it doesn't restrict you to an algorithm. If your perks and benefits aren't limited to gifts and discounts; or if the involvement of your audience can't be measured in dollars or points, you might be looking for Membership Card.
Currently, you can select one of the three types of Membership Cards:
- General;
- Tiered
- Membership Card with Discount
General Membership Card is the easiest to set up, and also the most flexible. You can outline all of your perks and requirements in the card description and choose the card design, and you're good to go.
Tiered Membership Card offers 2 tiers: Metal and Diamond. Just like in the General Membership Card, you can simply outline the rules of each tier and choose a design.
Membership Card with Discount is the most traditional one of all. As you have surely seen before, it offers a set discount once a customer reaches a minimum spending threshold. You can set the minimum sum, or the minimum number of products, the discount percentage, and card design, and your membership card is ready.
NB! Any Loyalty Program, including the Membership Card, should be set up during initial onboarding.
1. Open Loyalty Program settings and click "Create New Loyalty Program"
2. Choose "Membership Card" and the Membership Program type.
3. Fill out the description. For a Membership card with Discount you'll also need to set the Discount and Purchase minimum requirements.
3. Choose your card design. For Tiered Membership cards you'll be choosing two designs: one for the Metal tier, and one for the Diamond tier.
4. Review Program details and confirm your choice.
