Before you start, while the onboarding call we wask you what options for Digital Coupons are the most suitable for you, and we set them up for you. 

To setup Digital Coupons go to your Marketing Center and activate coupons.

If you see the orange window, like on the sreen below, please let us know and we will activate them

To issue a Digital Coupon:

1. Go to your Dashboard

2. Click 'Issue a coupon'

3. Start typing the name of the coupon in the pop-up window or choose one from the carousel under the search field

4. Bear in mind that first you need to have this coupon available in your 2RewardMe account

5. Click 'Next'

6. Click 'Show QR Code'

7. Let a customer scan the QR code that pops up

OR

6. Choose a recipient or click the plus sign to add a new recipient

7. Fill out Email or Phone and (optional) click 'Message personalization' to fill out detailed info

8. If you click 'Message personalization' you can fill in first and last name of your customer and the product/service/package they purchased. 

9. If you filled in the info in 'Message personalization' the customer will get a personalized email/message with their name and product details.

We highly recommend using this feature as a personal touch in your communication with the customer.

10. Click 'Send'
