2. Click on 'Connect on Social Media'.

3. Choose a recipient from your existing list or click the plus sign to add new recipients.

4. Fill out the Email or Phone fields. Optionally, you can click on 'Message personalization' to provide more detailed information.

5. If you click 'Message personalization', you can input the first and last name of your customer and the details of the product/service/package they purchased.

6. If you fill out the information in 'Message personalization', the customer will receive a personalized email or message that includes their name and product details. We highly recommend this feature as it adds a personal touch to your customer communication.

7. Click on 'Add Recipient'.

8. Click 'Send' to dispatch the message.

9. The recipient will receive an email or text message with links to your company's social media accounts. They can then choose whether to follow your profiles.
