Click on 'Connect on Social Media'.

Choose a recipient from your existing list or click the plus sign to add new recipients.

Fill out the Email or Phone fields. Optionally, you can click on 'Message personalization' to provide more detailed information.

If you click 'Message personalization', you can input the first and last name of your customer and the details of the product/service/package they purchased.
