Your Marketing Center account comes with a set of flexible usage limits based on your selected plan. These limits ensure smooth performance and help you scale your operations as your business grows.

1. Customer Interactions

Each plan includes a limit on customer interactions, such as messages sent or promotional actions triggered. The exact interaction quota depends on your selected pricing plan. If you reach this limit, consider an upgrade or an add-on. You can consult Pricing for more information

2. Users Per Account

There is no restriction on the number of users you can create within your account. You can freely assign user roles and manage access across your locations.

3. QR Codes (Bulk Generation)

You may generate up to 2,000 QR codes in a single bulk operation.

If you need to generate more, we recommend splitting your task into multiple batches. For enterprise-scale needs, please contact the platform administrator.

4. Coupons

In order to have access to Digital Coupons, you need a pricing plan Standard or Advanced.

The Standard plan allows up to 5 active coupons at a time; Advanced can have up to 10 active coupons at a time.

Coupons are also managed as an add-on, meaning additional coupons can be purchased independently of your core account configuration.

There is no restriction on coupon usage volume or redemptions; only on the number of distinct coupons you can issue and manage simultaneously.

5. SMS Messages

SMS messages for your marketing apps are only available for the Standard and Advanced plan. Both Standard and Advanced plan get 1,000 messages per month, 

If you reach the threshold before the end of the month, additional SMS messages can be purchased as an add-on.

6. Emails

Emails for your marketing apps are only available for Standard and Advanced plan. Both Standard and Advanced plan get 1,000 emails per month, 

If you reach the threshold before the end of the month, additional emails can be purchased as an add-on.

7. Locations

The standard amount of locations per account is 1. However, more locations can be purchased as add-ons.

There's currently a soft limit of 5 locations per account; if you need more, contact support to add as many locations as you need to your account.
